THE RITUAL
This is your ancestral reconnection ritual. A return to the source of everything you are.
1. Light BORIKÉN and close your eyes
2. Take three slow deep breaths and feel the earth beneath you. Solid, ancient and full of wisdom
3. Place one hand on your heart and say out loud or silently to yourself:
"I am open to receiving guidance, healing and the wisdom of those who came before me"
4. Sit in the stillness and simply receive. You do not need to do anything. Just be open.
5. When you are ready, carry on with your day. BORIKÉN keeps working long after the ritual ends. Let it fill your home, bless your space and hold the connection you just opened. The flame does not need your full attention to do its job.
