THE RITUAL:
This is your cleansing ritual. In Taino and Afro-Caribbean tradition, aguanile is the sacred call to cleanse. A word spoken to clear energy, invite healing and signal to the universe that you are ready to release what no longer serves you. Every time you light TRANQUILO, you are participating in something ancient. Something that has been working long before you found it.
1. Light TRANQUILO and simply sit with the scent.
2. Close your eyes and take three slow deep breaths. In through the nose, out through the mouth. With every exhale release something. A thought. A feeling. A weight you have been carrying that was never really yours
3. Say out loud, Aguanile. Feel what happens in your body when you say it. That is the ancient medicine working.
4. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Stay here. Present. Breathing. Let the earth hold you
5. Say out loud or silently to yourself:
